Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, with no signs of excessive use, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please use our automated return service or contact us at info@cozybread.com. Returns must be requested and approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and a 10% restocking fee, both of which will be deducted from the total refund amount. These deductions help cover the costs associated with processing returns, including return shipping, inspection, repackaging, and restocking, allowing us to maintain consistent pricing and product quality for all customers.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
