Switching Temperature Units
Double press the button to toggle between °F and °C.

Battery Info
To replace the battery, open the battery door on the back of the display unit and insert a new LR44 battery with the correct polarity.

Powering On/Off
Press and hold the button on the back of the digital display for 2 seconds to turn the device on or off.

Remove this Sticker
WARNING:
Do not let the rising starter touch it.
Do not allow it to get wet.
Remove it when washing lid.
Using the Jar

Place your sourdough starter inside the jar and seal with the lid.

The built-in display will show real-time temperature and humidity levels.
