Cozy Bread® began with a single invention, The Proofing Mat. This proofing device transformed the way home bakers proof their dough and starters. It delivers the warmth sourdough needs and the portability bakers appreciate. Compact, practical, and easy to store in any kitchen drawer, it uncovered a new demand for innovation in sourdough baking.

From there, we grew. Based in California, we design and engineer sourdough baking tools that make the process easier, more consistent, and less time-consuming. Each product is carefully crafted by our engineers with the home baker in mind.
