Insulation Box Guide

Cozy Bread® Thermal Insulation Box

When you remove the insulation box from the storage bag, all zippers will be open. Remember its configuration for easy re-rolling and storage back in the bag.

Step 1
Close the top zippers, leaving the bottom zippers open.
Step 2
Place the Cozy Bread Proofing Mat inside onto the bottom flap.
Step 3
Close the bottom zippers, leaving only enough space for the power cable to exit
Step 4
Power on the Proofing Mat by plugging it and pressing the power button. Set the temperature with the +/- buttons. It will take 3-5 minutes to reach the set temperature.
Step 5
Unzip and open the top flap.
Step 6
Place your bowl of dough, sourdough starter, or yogurt inside the Insulation Box directly on the Proofing Mat.
Step 7
Close the top zippers to seal in the warmth.
Step 8
Your cozy proofing environment is ready!
